Spring Cleanse Has Arrived!

Spring is the season for cleaning out the old to open ourselves up to more things in life. For some that means getting rid of clothing we haven’t worn in years; for others that could mean taking at a look at our life inventory to prepare for everything we want to do over the summer.

When it comes to our health and wellness, it too needs a seasonal evaluation to recharge and rejuvenate to gear up for the next round of ongoing activities and stressors. Even though there is heavy emphasis on our outer health and appearance, we tend to neglect the inside and the signals our bodies give off.

When you take the time to properly cleanse the inside of your body, you are primarily giving your body a much needed break. You are also detoxifying organs and body systems that have the ability to cleanse on their own, but due to amount of toxins, bacteria and consumption, they become over-worked which can lead to health challenges.

We have all thought about doing a detoxifying cleanse program but finding the one that fits our lifestyle can take a lot of work, a lot of time and potentially a lot of money, without knowing if it was done properly.  Detoxing is about longevity and restoring health and not pushing your body to extremes. Maintaining a healthy weight, diet and incorporating preventative measures is a life-long process and something to think about on daily basis…which is easier said than done.

Starting with balance detox’s Introductory Group Detox Program filled with information, support, the highest quality food and ongoing strategy will get your closer to achieving the best results and will also enhance your health and balance.

If you have never tried a cleansing detox program, an introductory program is the best way to explore the process in a guided group environment. If you regularly or occasionally detox, this is great way to go through the process in an educational format while sharing your experience with others.
